The school believes in the idea that both teachers and students should be on a roll, hence, it has come up with this fitness club to encourage the students to be active throughout their lives.

This club gives a tremendous opportunity to the students to modify their attitude and habits by attaining optimum health. Students of classes VI to VIII are excited to kick off this club every Saturday to keep themselves fresh and focused all day long. Teachers plan everything in such a way that there is maximum activity and movement among students. The activities involved in this club are Pranayama, some yoga postures, meditation and aerobics.

Every session of this fitness club is refreshing, reviving and relaxing. It is more like living in the air for all the students and teachers.
