“Excursions- an insight to learn in a different environment”
The purpose of all excursions, tours and trips is essentially to educate the students, but no doubt it also enhances the bonding experience for everyone involved. Keeping this in view St Thomas School organised various trips and educational tours for students of all classes.
Class 1 and 2 kids were taken to Funcity, Noida. It is jampacked with many indoor activities where the little ones were fully entertained with thrilling rides and yummy meals.
Class 3,4, and 5 students enjoyed their trip to Drizzling Land, Ghaziabad and Kidzania, Noida in the month of December. The students had endless fun with water rides and other adventurous activities along with a delicious meal.
Students of classes 6,7,8 and 9 went for an educational tour to Nehru Planetarium and National Science Centre in the month of January wherein the students got to explore the science and culture of light and sound technology. They were also enlightened with a lot of information about space and astronomy.
Students of class 10 went to a daylong trip to Camp Deva Farm They enjoyed lots of adventure activities like rope climbing, shooting, ropeway, bungee jumping and archery. They also enjoyed camel ride and were served with delicious and hygienic meal.
